1) All Media and Publicity Must Be Pre Agreed By The Organisers Julie & Jimmy who are Theme For A Dream Events & Jimmy Jemain.
2) Anyone who requires a Stall at the Event must complete an Authorisation Form to Be Permitted to Sell Any Merchandise By Order of Broxbourne Civic Hall & Event Organisers.
3) The Organisers have the right to refuse stall holders who are selling similar Merchandise to avoid repetition.
4) Photography will only be permitted in Designated Areas and will not be permitted in the Thearte. However Photos will be taken by our professional photographer and their will also be a Video made of the Event Which will be on Sale After the Event.
5) Any Merchandising for the Convention will be Sold by the Event Organisers Only.
6) Any publicity which has not been authorised by organisers which is displayed in the venue will be removed.
7) All bookings for any of the Acts appearing on the Convention must be arranged through Theme For A Dream Events and there will be cards and other publicity around the venue with the details on.or please see any page of this website.
